What is Hardware Install?
When you call or submit a web ticket request online, PC Mechanics will send a Mechanic right to your door step releaving you of your stress and concern. One added bonus of the PC Mechanics on-site service is we offer you the option of allowing us to pick-up and drop off your computer or laptop. This gives you the added convenience of not having to sit around while we go to work on your computer. Another added bonus is that we will not only pick-up and drop off your device we will also reconnect it just as it was when we took it. The best part is that this is a free service. If it is required to resolve the issue onsite (normally issues such as printer install or configuration, wireless networks etc.) we offer a flat rate for the first hour or two depending on the service.PC Mechanics will:
